Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding education services.
- Explain study abroad options, courses, colleges, and admission processes.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain proper records.
- Schedule counselling appointments for senior counsellors.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Eligibility & Skills Required:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred).
- Ability to convince and counsel students politely.
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
- Experience:0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling preferred.
