📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle customer inquiries and bookings for our self-drive car rental service.

🎯 Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

Explain car rental packages, pricing, and policies

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Follow up with leads via call & WhatsApp

Maintain daily call records and update booking details

Handle basic customer queries and complaints politely

✅ Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & Gujarati required, basic English preferred)

Confident and convincing speaking ability

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Google Sheets

Experience in telecalling / sales preferred (Freshers can apply)

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
