Telecaller

• Call potential customers from provided leads and databases.
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to clients.
• Generate qualified site visit leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings.
• Build good relationships with customers and answer their queries.
• Regular follow-ups with old leads to convert them into prospects.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
• Confidence in talking to new people on calls.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects is a plus.
• Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp).
