Key responsibilities

• Outbound calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote various insurance products and explain their benefits.
• Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide product information.
• Needs assessment: Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Sales and closing: Persuade customers, generate interest, and guide them through the purchasing process to meet sales targets.
• Customer service: Resolve customer issues, provide follow-up support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update client information in the database, and document sales calls and deals.
• Lead management: Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and assist with transferring opportunities to the sales team for closing.
• Product knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
