We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to manage daily dealer network communication for CCTV and computer-related products. The candidate will be responsible for regular calling, WhatsApp messaging, and maintaining accurate records of dealer responses.
- Key Responsibilities:Make daily calls to dealers to promote CCTV and computer-related products
- Send product details and follow-ups via WhatsApp
- Handle dealer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Record dealer responses and updates in Excel sheets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing dealers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Ensure daily calling and messaging targets are met
