Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pest control services.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and procedures.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending payments.
• Schedule inspections and service visits with field technicians.
• Maintain customer data and conversation history in CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly calling/lead targets.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; additional local languages are a bonus.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Familiarity with pest control services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a pleasant tone (even when the caller is clearly having a bad day).
• Basic computer knowledge: CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
