Telecaller (Medical Sales) - Neo Digital Skin Clinic

Neo Digital Skin Clinic is looking for a Telecaller to work closely with our dermatology team. The role involves calling patients on a daily basis to explain prescribed medicines and assist them in purchasing medicines through our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients as per daily call list

Explain medicine details clearly and politely

Assist patients in placing medicine orders

Handle patient queries related to medicines

Maintain basic call records and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal team when required

Language Requirement:

Fluent in Hindi

Basic English

Gujarati speaking preferred

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication skills and polite tone

Ability to explain information clearly over calls

Basic understanding of sales or telecalling

Experience in healthcare or pharmacy sales is a plus (not mandatory)

Willingness to work under guidance of dermatology team
