Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain company products or services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as per targets
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Follow up with interested customers
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language as required)
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
