Job Title: Telecaller for Loan Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller to join our loan services team. The Telecaller will be responsible for calling potential clients who have expressed an interest in our loan services and guiding them through the process of availing a loan. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, down-to-earth, and polite, with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities:

1.Reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our loan services via phone
2.Explain our loan services to clients and help them understand the benefits of our products
3.Guide clients through the loan application process and answer any questions they may have
4.Keep accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database
5.Achieve monthly targets for loan applications and loan disbursements
6.Collaborate with other team members to improve the loan application process and customer experience
7.Continuously improve knowledge of loan products and services



Requirements:

1.Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3.Ability to work well in a team environment
4.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
5.Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing requirements
6.Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
