Telecaller – Real Estate

🏢 Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong calling skills, lead-handling experience, and the ability to convert inquiries into site visits and meetings.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads

1. Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
2. Call and convince clients for office meetings and site visits
3. Follow up regularly with interested prospects till deal closure
4. Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up records
5. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
6. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

✅ Requirements:2 to 5 years of experience as a Telecaller

1. Excellent communication and convincing skills
2. Ability to handle objections and close meetings
3. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
4. Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / MS Office
5. Fluency in Hindi, English, and local language preferred
