About Us

Prachin Holistic Care is an Ayurvedic and Naturopathy center focused on natural healing through Panchkarma, detox programs, and pain management therapies. We aim to provide a comfortable and supportive experience to every patient.

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken candidate who can manage both telecalling and front desk responsibilities. This role involves handling patient calls, follow-ups, and managing patients at the clinic reception.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling:

• Handle 50–100 calls per day (inbound + outbound)
• Follow up with patient leads and inquiries
• Explain treatments and packages in a simple and clear manner
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments

Reception:

• Attend patients visiting the clinic
• Manage appointments and walk-ins smoothly
• Maintain patient records and basic data entry
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists

Who Can Apply

• Graduate in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / front desk / customer handling
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi (basic English required)
• Presentable, polite, and organized
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
