Telecaller – Angel Pest Management Pvt Ltd
Location: Ahmedabad | Job Type: Full-time
Key Tasks
Outbound Calling: Pitch pest control services (termite, bed bug, general pest) to potential clients.
Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into confirmed service appointments.
Appointment Management: Coordinate between clients and the field technician team.
Follow-ups: Contact existing clients for AMC (Annual Maintenance) renewals.
Record Keeping: Update call logs and customer details daily.
Requirements
Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
Languages: Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Skills: Good communication, convincing power, and basic Excel skills.
Experience: 0–1 year (freshers welcome).
