About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle outbound/inbound calls, and a customer-centric approach. The Telecaller will play a key role in generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting overall business development activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and follow-up.
• Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Follow communication scripts, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English added advantage).
• Ability to handle targets and manage high call volumes.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and good listening ability.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
