🧾 Job Summary

Company is hiring Female Telecalling Executives for a Real Estate Institute.

The role involves calling on generated leads, pitching and selling real estate–related courses, and maintaining follow-ups with prospective candidates.

Candidates with prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales will be given preference.

💼 Eligibility & Criteria (MANDATORY)

• Gender: Female Candidates Only
• Education: Graduate (Any Discipline – Mandatory)
• Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Telecalling / Sales preferred)

⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in real estate telecalling
• Knowledge or exposure to the real estate domain
• Experience handling property or real estate–related leads
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

💰 Salary Structure

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(₹2.40 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA, based on experience & performance)

🧩 Job Profile / Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on generated leads
• Pitch and sell courses offered by the real estate institute
• Follow the defined sales process
• Explain course details clearly to interested candidates
• Maintain follow-up records and basic call data
• Achieve assigned sales targets
