Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding motor insurance policies, including new sales and renewals.
• Product explanation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and coverage details of various motor insurance plans.
• Query resolution: Handle inbound calls and professionally answer customer inquiries and complaints.
• Lead generation and sales: Identify customer needs, generate leads, and work to convert them into sales.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in a our system.
• Target achievement: Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales or customer service role is beneficial, but freshers may also be considered.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and other telecalling tools.
• Personal Attributes: Patience, empathy, the ability to handle rejection positively, strong time-management, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
