We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to join our growing sales team.


Role Summary

The Tele Calling / Tele Marketing Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and incoming leads. This role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers, understanding their requirements, sharing product information, and coordinating with the field sales team to successfully close deals. The ideal candidate is persuasive, articulate, and passionate about customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer leads and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information to prospective customers — including specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Sharpex products to match their requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads and assist in deal closure.
  • Follow up consistently with leads via phone and other communication channels to nurture interest.
  • Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and lead status accurately in Excel/CRM systems.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals set by the Sales Manager.
  • Handle customer objections tactfully and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining call records, tracking leads, and generating reports.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-first attitude.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Prior experience in tele-sales, tele-calling, or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
