Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, support sales processes, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead handling, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams for timely resolution

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and service requests

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management

Escalate critical issues to concerned departments when required

Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and customer interactions

Support sales team with documentation and coordination

Skills & Requirements :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

Good follow-up and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset

Preferred QualificationsGraduate in any discipline

Prior experience in customer handling / sales coordination preferred
