Telecalling Executive

• Outbound Calls: Dial potential customers (cold calling) to introduce products, explain benefits, and generate interest.
• Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers with questions or issues.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Persuade customers to purchase, schedule appointments, or convert into sales leads.
• Customer Service: Address complaints, provide solutions, and build rapport with clients.
• Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, update information in databases, and maintain contact details.
• Reporting: Document call outcomes and report observations to team leads.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly call volume, conversion, or sales quotas.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle objections.
• Technical: Basic computer skills, data entry, and familiarity with CRM software.
• Attributes: Patience, positive attitude, ability to follow scripts, and adapt communication style.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree is often a plus
