Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to contact prospective students interested in studying abroad and encourage them to visit our office for counselling sessions. The primary responsibility is to generate walk-ins by converting leads through effective phone communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall inbound and outbound leads interested in studying abroad.
• Explain the study abroad services offered by Smile Foreign Education.
• Understand students’ requirements (country preference, course, intake, budget).
• Convince and schedule students for office walk-ins for detailed counselling.
• Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
• Maintain lead records and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
• Meet daily call targets and walk-in conversion targets.
• Coordinate with counsellors to ensure smooth student appointments.
• Re-engage old leads to generate new walk-ins.
