Job Title: Telecalling Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers via calls, messages, or emails.
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or graduate.
• Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales (2-3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
