Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Handling

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided lead database.
• Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.
• Qualify leads and update their status regularly.

2. Client Follow-ups

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing and new leads.
• Schedule meetings/calls for the senior team wherever necessary.
• Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for pending tasks or documents.

3. Excel Work

• Maintain lead status, follow-up reports, and daily calling logs in Excel.
• Prepare basic data summaries and update trackers regularly.
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports when required.

4. PPT Making

• Prepare simple and neat PowerPoint presentations based on requirements.
• Assist the team in preparing client pitching decks or internal presentations.

5. Email Communication

• Draft and send professional emails to clients.
• Share follow-up reminders, service updates, and required documents via email.
• Maintain proper email etiquette and communication standards.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
