  • Job Title: Telecalling ExecutiveJob Description:Customers ko phone par call karna (incoming / outgoing)
  • Product / service ke baare me clearly samjhana
  • Customer ke queries aur doubts solve karna
  • Lead generate karna aur follow-up calls karna
  • Daily call data aur report maintain karna
  • Company ke process aur script follow karna
  • Customer satisfaction aur conversion pe focus rakhna
  • Requirements:Basic communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English thodi aati ho to plus)
  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass (graduation preferred)
  • Telecalling / BPO experience ho to advantage
  • Confident voice aur polite behaviour
  • Basic computer knowledge (calling software / Excel)
