Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Explain products or services clearly and effectively
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales (for sales roles)
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records
  • Follow up with customers for closures or feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when required
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during calls
  • Types of Telecaller Roles:Sales TelecallerFocus on selling products/services
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Customer Support TelecallerHandle queries and provide assistance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead Generation TelecallerIdentify and qualify potential customers
  • Pass leads to the sales team

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and listening)

  • Multilingual skills (preferred in many roles)

Qualifications:

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (depending on company)

  • Graduation preferred for some roles
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary Range :
