Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert prospects into site visits and bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound inquiries from interested buyers
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
