Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Back Office Telecaller to join our service center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling customers to gather details regarding services and installations, and providing timely updates via WhatsApp. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to obtain details about service and installation requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services and appointments.
  1. Data Collection and Management:
  • Accurately record customer details and service requirements in the database.
  • Ensure all customer information is kept up-to-date and confidential.
  1. WhatsApp Updates:
  • Send timely updates to customers regarding their service and installation statuses via WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
  1. Coordination with Service Team:
  • Liaise with the service and installation teams to schedule appointments based on customer availability.
  • Communicate any special instructions or requirements from customers to the service team.
  1. Customer Feedback:
  • Gather feedback from customers about their service experience.
  • Report any issues or concerns raised by customers to the relevant department for resolution.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-service or installation.
  • Schedule any necessary follow-up visits or additional services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and basic computer applications (MS Office).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
