Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Automobile Service Department

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to support our Automobile Service Department. The role involves contacting existing and potential customers to promote service offerings, schedule service appointments, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and promotions
• Schedule service appointments and confirm bookings
• Explain service packages, maintenance plans, and special offers clearly
• Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and appointment status
• Follow up on missed appointments and inactive customers
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff for smooth operations
• Achieve daily/weekly call and appointment targets
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of automobile servicing (preferred)
• Ability to handle customer objections politely and confidently
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude

• Minimum qualification: [12th / Graduate]

• Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in tele calling or customer service (automobile industry is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
