Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to connect with cancer patients, caregivers, and doctors, explain SecOpp’s US-based cancer second opinion services, and generate qualified leads. The role requires empathetic communication and basic knowledge of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to patients
• Explain SecOpp’s cancer second opinion services clearly and politely
• Understand patient requirements and guide them through the process
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper call records
• Coordinate with internal teams for case onboarding
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good listening skills with a patient-friendly approach
• Basic understanding of healthcare or willingness to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
• Comfortable with calling targets and CRM systems
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

• Telecalling or customer support experience
• Basic computer knowledge
