Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to connect with existing and potential clients over phone calls.

Your role is not hard selling, but calling, explaining basics, follow-ups, and appointment coordination.

• Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to existing & prospective clients
• Explain basic information about Mutual Funds, Investments, Insurance (training provided)
• Handle client queries and pass qualified leads to senior advisors
• Do regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
• Maintain call records and basic client details
• Fix appointments for meetings / Zoom calls with advisors
• Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English & Gujarati is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of calling / customer handling
• Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
• Female candidates preferred (optional – include only if applicable)
• Skills Required- Clear speaking & listening skills
• Polite and professional phone manners
• Ability to convince and build trust
• Basic mobile & WhatsApp usage
