Job Title: Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and organized Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring nurses looking to build a future in Germany. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from initial lead qualification to closing the deal and ensuring timely payment collections.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Management & Outbound Sales: Promptly call inbound leads to qualify their interest, eligibility, and motivation for migrating to Germany.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed telephonic consultations to explain Taldo’s value proposition, our training programs, and the end-to-end migration journey.
  • Closing: Convert prospects into enrolled candidates by addressing concerns, building trust, and demonstrating the ROI of our services.
  • Payment Collection & Follow-up: Take ownership of the post-sales process by following up on outstanding payments and ensuring all financial documentation is completed.
  • CRM Maintenance: Diligently track all lead interactions, status updates, and payment schedules in our CRM to ensure a data-driven sales approach.


Required Experience & Skills


  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Pre-sales (Experience in EdTech, Overseas Education, or Immigration is a massive plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages (especially Malayalam or Telugu) is a strong advantage given our candidate base.
  • Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Organization: Strong follow-up skills; you should be the person who never lets a lead go cold.
  • Empathy: The ability to connect with healthcare professionals and understand the emotional and professional gravity of their migration goals.
