Job Description
- Lead, manage, and drive the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly loan targets
- Take complete ownership of team performance and target achievement
- Take strong ownership of follow-ups on all loan cases until final closure
- Ensure timely and strict follow-up with clients, banks, and internal teams
- Generate new business leads through market activities, referrals, and networking
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS, pipeline reports, and performance updates
- Resolve client issues and team-level escalations in a timely manner
- Share regular performance reviews, challenges, and market feedback with management
