About the Role:

The Telemarketing Executive role at Justdial is a key position contributing to the growth of our organization. It involves generating potential leads, briefing clients about our services and product lines, and managing the complete sales cycle. This role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction on call and facilitating up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for generating appointments for the Marketing Executives by calling on free listing and persuading them to register their businesses with Justdial.

·      Educating the customers about the Products, bene­fits and services of Justdial.

·      Understanding the customer needs and suggesting products related to business advertisement.

·      Converting Free Listing to Paid Listing and to Premium Paid Listing

·      Open to both fresher talent and experienced professionals seeking a new challenge.

·      Excellent communication skills English and Local Language.

·      Open to work for 6 days work week.
