Tele Sale Executive Opening (15) Salary :- Experiance 10,000 to 15,000 + High Incentive & Career Growth -Contacting potential or existing customers all over india to inform them about a product using scripts -Answering questions about products or the company -Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales -Job brief We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone Or Genrate Appointment and maintaining good customer relationships. :- Responsibilities -Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts -Answer questions about products or the company -Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate appointment and close sales -Enter and update customer information in the System -Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation -Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales -Update records of calls and sales and note useful information in System :- Requirements and skills -Proven Minimum 06 Months to 01 Year experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role -Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems -Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects -Excellent knowledge of Gujarati & Hindi -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection -Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints -Any 12th Or Above Can Apply (Training Provided) Timing :- 09:45 AM to 07:00 PM Days:- Monday to Saturday
