Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and confident speaking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
