Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our travel packages over phone calls and WhatsApp. The role involves handling inquiries, explaining tour details, closing bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, WhatsApp, and inquiries
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions & exclusions clearly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Handle customer doubts professionally and politely
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and booking details
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmation
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
