Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce IT products and services.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in simple and clear language.

Follow up on leads received from marketing campaigns or website inquiries.

Maintain a call log, customer database, and daily activity report.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

Handle customer questions, objections, and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, demos, or closures.

Maintain professionalism and strong customer service orientation.

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

0–2 years of experience in tele-sales or customer calling.

Basic knowledge of computers and IT products (training will be provided).

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident, polite, and positive attitude.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Familiarity with MS Office / CRM will be an added advantage.
