Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through various channels.
- Explain Fingertips’ training programs, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convince and schedule prospects for walk-in visits at the training center.
- Maintain daily call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead status.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum walk-in conversions.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and walk-in goals.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth counselling and enrolment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
- Female candidates will be preferred.
