🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to support our sales and business development team by connecting with international freight forwarders and logistics partners. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, follow-ups, and building strong communication with global clients.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities📞 Make outbound calls to international freight forwarders, agents, and logistics companies
• 🌍 Introduce company services (freight forwarding, global logistics solutions)
• 📊 Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients
• 📧 Follow up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp for business opportunities
• 🤝 Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals
• 📝 Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
• 🎯 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
• 🌐 Build and maintain long-term relationships with global partners
• ✅ RequirementsGood communication skills in English (must)

• Basic knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding (preferred but not mandatory)
• Confident in speaking with international clients
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• Positive attitude and quick learner
• 🎓 QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
