Telesales Executive

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads

Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions

Follow up with interested prospects to close sales

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections professionally

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution

Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate

Ensure compliance with company policies and call scripts

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

Target-driven and self-motivated

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Ability to handle rejection positively

Qualifications

Minimum 12th grade / Graduate preferred

Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers may apply)

Fluency in required languages
