Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits (if applicable).
• Explain financial products, including loans, insurance, and claim support services, to potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (Loans/Insurance) is an advantage.
