Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Calling & Database Handling
A) Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
B) Explain company services related to corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, fabrication, and brand activations.
C)Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
2. Meeting Conversion
A) Fix appointments/meetings for the Business Development Manager.
B) Understand client requirements briefly and pass accurate information to the sales team.
C) Ensure daily/weekly targets for calls and meeting scheduling are met.
3. Follow-up & Coordination
A) Conduct timely follow-ups with clients for meeting confirmations, quotes, and updates.
B) Coordinate internally with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
4. Sales Support
A) Support sales team with lead nurturing until closure.
B) Share quotations, company profile, and required details with clients when needed.
C) Maintain records of call status, interest level, and conversion progress.
5. Reporting
A) Prepare and share daily call reports, meeting sheets, and conversion progress with management.
B) Track performance metrics (calls made, meetings scheduled, leads converted, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi, Gujrat & English).
2. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM is a plus).
4. Ability to handle rejections and maintain consistent follow-up.
5. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or event industry is preferred.
