Job Description

ChargeX Innovations LLP is a growing digital and business process partner specializing in lead generation and sales support for the renewable energy sector. We are an authorised Business Process Partner of Australia’s trusted solar solution providers.


Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to support our Australia-focused solar and renewable energy business. The role involves B2B sales, partner engagement, and closing bulk/wholesale orders of solar panels, inverters, and allied products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with solar installers, dealers, and business owners
  • Promote solar panels, inverters, and related renewable energy products
  • Generate, negotiate, and close bulk and wholesale orders
  • Develop and maintain long-term dealer and channel partner relationships
  • Onboard new partners and expand regional market reach
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and orders using CRM and sales tools
  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers
  • Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of solar products (panels, inverters, Battery) is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business
  • Prior experience in solar, energy, electrical is an advantage


Education & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong sales confidence and communication skills may also apply
