Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential students and working professionals to promote our immigration services.
- Handle incoming calls from students and clients, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update student information in the database.
- Follow up with them to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Stay informed about company services to provide accurate information.
