Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Qualification

• Call B2B leads generated via marketing, website, LinkedIn, and databases
• Introduce Biometa Polypack and explain compostable packaging solutions
• Understand client requirements:
• Bag type & application
• Size, thickness, quantity
• Printing requirement
• Current supplier & pricing
• 
  

Sales Support

• Qualify leads and assign them to Field / Corporate Sales Executives
• Fix meetings, sample requests, and follow-up calls
• Maintain call records, lead status, and remarks in CRM / Excel

Follow-ups & Conversions

• Regular follow-ups with warm and hot leads
• Coordinate quotations, samples, and client feedback
• Push leads towards trial orders and repeat discussions

Reporting

• Daily call reports
• Weekly lead conversion & pipeline updates
• Feedback on market pricing and customer objections
