Job description

ü Identify potential clients through market research activities

ü Generate leads using B2B Portal, B2C Portal, LinkedIn and Social Media Platforms etc.

ü Resolve client queries, explain about our services

ü Send mass mails & follow-up

ü Work experience in B2B Inside Sales within IT and Graphic Design Services sectors

ü Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

ü Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

ü Staying informed about competing products and services.

ü Upselling products and services.

ü Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities

ü Females only preferred

ü Great knowledge about Job portals. i.e Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.

ü International calling experience especially to the Australia, US and UK

ü Objection handling and the ability to achieve sales targets by delivering the end-to-end sales cycle

Required Candidate profile

ü Prior experience in lead generation / market research preferred

ü Candidate must be readily available for a face-to-face interview

ü Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformity with the requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations

ü Assist sales/Pre-sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline, and deliverables.

ü Build strong, effective and enduring relationships with our customers
