Telesales Executive

We are looking for a result-oriented Telesales Executive to drive B2B sales for our certified organic product range. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and relationship management with retailers, distributors, institutions, and HoReCa clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients (retailers, distributors, corporates, HoReCa).
• Pitch Gavyadhar Organic’s product portfolio and close sales.
• Generate and qualify leads; follow up on inquiries and proposals.
• Maintain CRM records, call logs, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, orders, and dispatch.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat orders.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of telesales/B2B sales experience (FMCG/organic food preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English/Hindi; regional language a plus).
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel).

KPIs:

• Leads generated, conversion rate, order value, repeat orders.

Location: Dwarkesh Peninsula, S.P. Ring Road, Tapovan circle, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad.

Compensation: Fixed + performance incentives
