Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Sales Calling Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through IndiaMART and other online platforms. The role involves explaining our machines to prospective customers, maintaining regular follow-ups, and supporting the complete sales process from inquiry to closure. Post-sale relationship management and consumable sales will also be part of the responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and respond to leads received via IndiaMART and other platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
• Provide detailed information about UV Printers, CO2 Laser Machines, Fiber Laser Machines, and Plotter Machines (training will be provided).
• Maintain systematic follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Assist in closing machine sales.
• Maintain lead data and follow-up records in Excel or CRM.
• Contact existing customers for raw material and consumable sales.
• Ensure professional communication and strong customer relationship management.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Comfortable with daily calling and customer interaction.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email).
• Ability to handle follow-ups patiently and consistently.
• Prior sales or telecalling experience preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
