Position Title: Senior Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Research and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentoring and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to junior telesales executives.
- Lead by example and foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Telesales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
