Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers or handle incoming queries to promote products/services.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new prospects, build a pipeline, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/daily targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately record customer interactions, details, and purchase orders in the system.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer questions, complaints, or grievances professionally
