Collect and verify basic customer details for loan assessment.

Coordinate between clients and partner banks to ensure smooth loan processing.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems accurately.

Follow up with customers and banks for application status and documentation.

Achieve monthly lead generation, login, and disbursement targets.

Develop a good understanding of multiple bank loan products to cross-sell effectively.

Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or objections professionally.

Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
