Job Overview:

GFE Franchise is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convince and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with customers for closures and feedback.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client requirements.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Good listening and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
